In addition to our extensive consumer range, which we supply to food retailers and wholesalers in packaging sizes from 15 to 300 g, we naturally also supply our entire portfolio of fresh herbs and cresses in bulk quantities to many well-known companies in the food processing and further processing industry, who use our herbs for the manufacture of their products.

Our own high-performance cultivation capacity, together with our grower network and strong
trading partners, ensures the precise and punctual delivery of fresh herbs directly to your production process.

In the convenience segment, for example, we do our best for fresh herb quark and toppings, salad dressings, soups, fresh smoothies, frozen dishes such as pizza or fish fillet with herb breading. Everything tastes much better when our herbs are involved. But fresh processors such as restaurant chains and catering companies also rightly rely on our efficiency and quality. CARDBOARD TRAYS

Unfortunately, it is not (yet) possible to pack fresh herbs hygienically without plastic. But wherever our promise of freshness makes it possible, we use alternative materials such as wet-strength cardboard or paper for our packaging.

FLOWPACKS

The FlowPack offers maximum freshness with minimum use of materials. Printed films are also easy to recycle! The absence of a label means that a pure mono-material is used here.

HERBAL BUNDLES

Ideal for lovers of authentic and healthy cuisine. Easy to portion as required. The classic bunched herbs are: Flat-leaf parsley, coriander, dill and mint.

GASTRO

Full pack for a big appetite. Delivered fresh – excellent taste! We also offer our full range of herbs and cresses for canteen kitchens and restaurants in pack sizes from 100 to 1000 g.

EDIBLE FLOWERS

make every dish blossom. Edible flowers make all dishes more exclusive. The petals have a variety of flavors and can be both sweet and spicy.
