Petroselinum crispum

The clumps of curly parsley grow to a height of 20 – 40 cm. Its fresh green colour and curled leaves give it a very attractive appearance. In addition to its long shelf life, this is one of the reasons why it is
so excellent for decorating and garnishing dishes, either chopped or on the stem.

Due to its versatility, it is the undisputed No. 1 seasoning herb. Its finely chopped leaves and stems are ideal for soups, stews, egg dishes, meat fillings, sauces, marinades or as an appetising garnish.

TIPS FOR USE

If a soup is missing the icing on the cake: simply flavour with chopped parsley!
