Microgreens – the natural nutrient boost for every dish!
Microgreens are young, edible plants harvested at an early growth stage, just after the first true leaves have developed. They are older than sprouts but younger than baby leaves. Rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, they often contain a higher concentration of nutrients than mature plants.
